How to use it
- Choose an .xlsx, .xls or .ods file.
- Tick the sheets you want, and the paper size.
- Press Convert to PDF.
How the table is fitted to the page
Excel’s own printing splits wide sheets across pages unless you set up a print area. Docrift measures the longest value in every column, switches to landscape when there are more than six columns, and steps the font size down (to a floor of 6.5 pt) until the table fits the page width. Long cells wrap inside their column instead of being cut off.
Values appear as they are formatted in the sheet (dates, currency, percentages), using the cached results of formulas.
What is not included
Charts, cell colours, merged-cell layouts and images are not drawn; the result is a clean data table. For a pixel-exact copy of a styled report, use Excel’s File → Export → PDF.

Can I convert several sheets at once?
Yes. Each selected sheet starts on a new page, titled with the sheet name.
Do formulas show?
The PDF shows each formula’s last calculated value, just as you see it in Excel.
How do I fit an entire Excel spreadsheet into a PDF?
Choose “Fit all columns on one page width”. Docrift shrinks the text (down to 4 pt) until every column fits across the page, and switches to landscape for wide sheets. In Excel itself, the equivalent is Page Layout → Scale to Fit → Width: 1 page, before File → Save As → PDF.
Can Excel save as PDF by itself?
Yes: File → Save As (or Export) → PDF in desktop Excel, and File → Download as → PDF in Excel for the web. Use Docrift when you do not have Excel, are on a phone, or want the header row repeated on every page without setting up print titles.
